Justice P Naveen Rao to be Acting Chief Justice of Telangana High Court on his retirement day; Justice AK Shavili to succeed
Justice Rao's appointment follows the elevation of Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan to the Supreme Court. Upon Justice Rao's retirement, Justice AK Shavili will perform the duties of the Chief Justice of the High Court.
The Central government has appointed Justice P Naveen Rao, the senior most judge of Telangana High Court, to be Acting Chief Justice of the High Court on his retirement day.
