The Supreme Court has notified the reconstitution of Vacation Bench that will sit during the third part of the Summer Vacation..The new notification is in continuation of the notification dated May 9 and in partial modification of the notification dated May 24..As per the new notification, the composition of Vacation Bench for the third Part of the Summer Vacation will be as follows:.June 14 to June 16 – Justice Ajay Rastogi with Justice Surya KantJune 17 to June 21 – Justice Deepak Gupta with Justice Surya KantJune 22 to June 30 – Justice Sanjiv Khanna with Justice BR Gavai.The notification of May 24 stated that Justice Deepak Gupta would sit with Justice Surya Kant from June 14 to June 21. This, however, stands modified now with Justice Deepak Gupta sitting on the Bench only from June 17..Justice Ajay Rastogi, who was on the Bench with Justice Indira Banerjee and was scheduled to sit only till June 13, will now sit on the Bench for three more days from June 14 to June 16 and preside the same. The remainder of the schedule remains unchanged..The first notification of the Vacation benches was issued on May 9 which listed the Benches to sit during the first two parts of the Summer Vacation.
