A group of independent researchers from the bar and academia, in association with publisher Bharat Law House, have announced an edited book titled 'Kaziranga National Park: A Multidisciplinary Approach to Conservation, Culture, and Sustainability’.

The book invites submissions of scholarship that explores the ecological, cultural, legal, and socio-economic dimensions of conservation in one of the world's most celebrated natural reserves.

The proposed themes range from floral diversity, wetland ecosystems, and the conservation of the 'Big Five' to climate change, statutory frameworks, artificial intelligence in anti-poaching, and the cultural narratives of Kaziranga.

They particularly encourage contributions that engage with multidisciplinary perspectives, integrate sustainable development goals, and highlight innovative strategies for the long-term preservation of Kaziranga’s unique landscape and biodiversity.

Eligibility

Submissions are invited from law students, faculty members, research scholars, practitioners, and experts.

Submission guidelines

  • All articles should provide a brief abstract of a maximum of 300 words.

  • The contributions must be within 3000-6000 words, including footnotes.

  • The text shall be in the font style Times New Roman, font size 12 and line spacing 1.5.

  • The authors must follow APA 7th Edition citation style.

  • All submissions must be the original work of the author.

  • A maximum of 3 co-authors are allowed per chapter.

  • All submitted papers will go through a double-blind peer review process to ensure academic writing standards.

All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the highest academic standards. Selected contributions will feature in the volume scheduled for publication by the end of this year. Bharat Law House Pvt Ltd is the publication partner for the same.
