The Centre for Corporate Laws and Governance, Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur is hosting Corporate Law Summit 2025 from November 15-16. The summit will focus on corporate law, Environmental Social, and Governance (ESG), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The event aims to bring together scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and students to present research, exchange insights, and engage in solutions to pressing legal challenges. Through panel discussions, case studies, and interactive sessions, participants will explore innovations in regulation, corporate responsibility, and effective governance.

Structure of the Conference

Paper Presentation

Submissions that span the breadth of corporate law, ESG, CSR, governance, and insolvency law are invited. Each contribution will enrich the dialogue and shed light on the pressing practical, doctrinal, and policy challenges shaping these evolving fields.

Panel Discussion

The panel will bring together experts from industry, academia, and policy to explore how organizations can integrate sustainability into their operations and governance. Attendees will gain perspectives on aligning ESG and CSR with long-term value creation while addressing real-world implementation challenges.

  • Adherence to Formatting and Citation Standards

Eligibility

Students, academicians, and legal professionals are invited to submit abstracts.

Registration Fee

Professional academicians and others - ₹ 2000

For UG/PG students - ₹ 1500 (Payment details will be sent to the selected abstracts via Email)

Abstract Submission

An abstract with a word limit of 300-400 words along with 5 keywords shall be submitted via this Google form

The selected abstracts shall be intimated to the author(s).

Submission guidelines

  • Submissions are to be made in the form of .doc/.docx as well as in pdf in via provided google form.

  • The paper must be an original, unpublished work of the participants.

  • Word limit: 4000-6000 words, including citations

  • Formatting: Times New Roman, Font Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5, Justified alignment.

  • Headings and Sub-headings must be appropriately numbered.

  • Referencing Style: The Bluebook- A Uniform System of Citation (2015, 20th ed.).

  • Any submission that is found to be plagiarized beyond 10% shall be disqualified from the competition.

  • Use of AI is strictly prohibited.

  • Copyright of the submission shall remain with CCLG, DNLU

  • Up to 1 Co-author is allowed

  • Cross authorship from different institutions is also allowed

  • 1st Runner-Up ₹7,000 and Certificate of Merit

  • 2nd Runner-Up ₹5,000 and Certificate of Merit

  • Top 10 Participants Certificate of Excellence
