The Dhirubhai Ambani University (DAU) School of Law is accepting applications for PhD in Law for the academic year of 2025-26.
As India enters a new era of technological growth, infrastructure expansion, and environmental accountability, the legal system must evolve to keep pace.
To address this shift, the School of Law at Dhirubhai Ambani University, Gandhinagar has announced admissions for its PhD in Law program for the academic year 2025–26.
The program is designed for scholars, professionals, and policymakers who seek to produce research that is not only academically rigorous but also grounded in real-world relevance and policy impact.
The PhD program focuses on three high-impact and future-facing areas:

Construction Law and Arbitration
These fields have been strategically selected based on emerging legal demands and the university’s growing academic and industry partnerships, including engagements with institutions such as the World Bank.

an academic supervisor from the university with a PhD and subject expertise, and an industry supervisor, such as a senior lawyer or General Counsel with over 10 years of experience in the scholar's research domain.
