Lloyd Law College launches Harry Chawla Center for Corporate Governance

Lloyd Law College has launched the Harry Chawla Center for Corporate Governance in honour of the Managing Partner, Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, Harry Chawla.

The inauguration ceremony was held in the presence of Supreme Court of India, Justice Kotiswar Singh.

The Centre has been established under the guidance and leadership of Manohar Thairani, Mohd Salim, and Akhilesh Kumar Khan.

The Centre will serve as a platform for engagement among stakeholders in the corporate governance ecosystem, including legal practitioners, in-house counsel, company secretaries, academicians, regulators, and policy professionals.

Through lectures, roundtables, and research initiatives, it seeks to contribute to thought leadership and best practices in corporate governance.

This initiative marks another important step towards strengthening the bridge between academia and industry, while nurturing future leaders in corporate law and governance.
