Amrita International School of Law launched in Coimbatore

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham inaugurated the Amrita International School of Law (AISL) at its Coimbatore campus.

The new centre of legal education was formally opened by Minister of State for Law and Justice Arjun Ram Meghwal. Speaking at the event, the Union Minister stated,

“Artificial Intelligence cannot apply constitutional morality. As we enter an era of Artificial Intelligence, 3D printing, and the Internet of Things, it is important to remember that the ultimate deciding factor in our lives will always be the human element guided by values.”

The inauguration also featured the opening of AISL’s Moot Court Hall and academic facilities.

Rajasthan High Court Chief Justice KR Shriram attended as Guest of Honour. Madras High Court Justice L Victoria Gowri delivered the keynote address. Attorney General of India R Venkataramani was also present.
