Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Legal Studies Kanpur wins the 1st National Moot by Himgiri Zee University Dehradun

The winning team comprised Piyush Pandey, Yuvika Singh and Suhani Agarwal

The 1st National Moot Court Competition organized by Himgiri Zee University Dehradun witnessed the team from Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Legal Studies, CSJMU, Kanpur emerge as winners

The winning team comprised Piyush Pandey, Yuvika Singh and Suhani Agarwal won a trophy and a cash prize of ₹50,000 at the hands of Justice Ajay Rastogi, former judge, Supreme Court of India.

The competition was held between 21st to 23rd April, 2024.

The moot proposition revolved around human rights and aspects of Model Prisons Act, 2023
