The Centre for Alternate Dispute Resolution (CADR), Jindal Global Law School is hosting the fifth lecture of the CADR Guest Lecture series.

The distinguished public lecture is being delivered by Mr. C.S. Vaidyanathan, Senior Counsel, and former Additional Solicitor General with the Government of India on "The Evolving Commercial Practice in India".

Mr. C.S. Vaidyanathan is one of the most eminent and distinguished senior counsels in India today. In a long and illustrious career spanning 47 years, he has worn many feathers in his cap, including being appointed as the first Additional Solicitor General of India; in which capacity he served from 1998-1999 and appeared in may high value taxation matters.
