Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU) is organizing a two-week online certificate course on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) from February 28 - March 8, 2026.

Structured across 6 modules, participants will cover corporate restructuring, internal capital mechanisms, mergers and acquisitions, key transaction documents (SHA, SSA/SPA, BTA), due diligence, and negotiation strategies.

With real-world case studies, regulatory insights (Companies Act, SEBI, CCI, NCLT), and sessions by industry experts, the course will equip learners with practical skills to structure and execute M&A deals confidently.

Applications are open for law students and in-house counsel, legal practitioners, CA, CS and anybody interested in learning about M&A in India and across the world.
