GLC Mumbai Runners-Up in 13th Frankfurt International Arbitration Moot

The team from Government Law College, Mumbai comprising Akilesh Menezes, Priyanshi Vakharia, Anjali Karunakaran and Yash Shiralkar were adjudged as runners up at the 13th Frankfurt International Arbitration Moot Court Competition, 2020-21.

The Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court Competition is one of the oldest and most prestigious student competitions in the area of investment protection law.

The Grand Final round took place on March 19, 2021 between Government Law College, Mumbai and National University of Singapore. The National University of Singapore emerged as the winners at the end of the enthralling oral rounds.

The competition was hosted virtually by Morgan Lewis and Max Planck Institute for Legal History and Legal Theory, seeing participation from teams all over the world.
