HNLU finishes runner-up at FDI Moot South Asia rounds, advances to finals in Shenzhen

A team from Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur finished runner-up at the South Asia Regional Rounds of the 21st Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) International Arbitration Moot, 2026.

The competition was organised by Lloyd Law College, Noida from July 30 to August 2.

The HNLU team comprised Tamishra Chakraborty, Kruthika Senthil Kumar and Malvika Chandra.

Kruthika Senthil Kumar was adjudged Best Speaker (Claimant) and also won Best Speaker for the final round. Tamishra Chakraborty received an honourable mention for Best Speaker (Claimant).

With the runner-up finish, the team has qualified for the final oral rounds to be held in Shenzhen, China.
