IDIA Hyderabad Fundraiser: Mastering the LLM Journey in USA & UK

The event will feature two recent admits to Harvard and Oxford followed by a Q&A session.

The Hyderabad Chapter of the Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access (IDIA) initiative is set to host a two-hour fundraiser event on Saturday, July 26, 2025, aimed at guiding law students through the process of applying for postgraduate legal programmes in the USA and UK.

Speakers

Sayan Bhattacharya LLM candidate at Harvard Law School supported by the Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation and the KC Mahindra Education Trust Scholarships. He was a judicial clerk to CJI Sanjiv Khanna.

Dayaar Singla is a BCL candidate at University of Oxford and the recipient of the Ratanshaw Bomanji Zaiwalla Scholarship. He is currently a practising advocate in the Chambers of Ritin Rai and graduated from NALSAR as 'Best All-Round Student' with 3 gold medals.

The event will feature

  • Two in-depth sessions led by Sayan Bhattacharya, who is headed to am LL.M. at Harvard Law School, and Dayaar Singla who will be reading for the BCL at Oxford.

  • An interactive Q&A after each session allowing participants to ask direct questions and get tailored advice.
