The Legal Services Clinic at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) School of Law is inviting law students from across India to participate in the 1st KIIT Inter-University Client Counselling Competition (KIUCCC), 2026, organised in partnership with SCC Times.
Competition details
The competition will be conducted in hybrid mode. The online rounds are scheduled to be held on September 19 and offline rounds are scheduled to be held on September 27. Registration is open to students enrolled in all years of 3-year and 5-year law programmes from recognised law institutions nationwide.
Key Dates
• Last Date for Registration: September 15
• Online Preliminary Rounds: September 19
• Declaration of Results (Online Rounds): September 20
• Offline Rounds, Results & Valedictory Ceremony: September 27
The registration slots will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Registration Fee: ₹2,000/- per team; an additional ₹2,500/- for qualifying teams.
Prizes
Winner: ₹25,000/- + Trophy + Certificate
Runner-up: ₹15,000/- + Trophy + Certificate
Best Counsel: ₹10,000/- + Trophy + Certificate
Best Client: ₹10,000/- + Trophy + Certificate
