Over the last two years, we have built a network of Campus Ambassadors across more than fifty law schools all over India. These law students have been providing us with information on campus events and activities, and also sharing legal articles.

This series of interviews is meant to turn the spotlight on these hardworking and dedicated individuals.

In this edition, we speak with Madhur Bhatt, a third-year law student at the Hidayatullah National Law University, Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

(Edited excerpts)

Why did you choose to study law?

I have always been fascinated by the huge range of professional avenues that a law degree provides and the important role it plays in the society.

What made you apply for the Campus Ambassador post at Bar & Bench?

I have been following Bar and Bench since my first year of law school. It is undoubtedly one of India's leading portals for all things law. The chance of being associated with such an esteemed platform was hard to miss.

What are your plans after completing law?

I am still exploring my various interests in law school but I am keen towards public policy or higher studies.
