Over the last two years, we have built a network of Campus Ambassadors across more than fifty law schools all over India. These law students have been providing us with information on campus events and activities, and also sharing legal articles.

This series of interviews is meant to turn the spotlight on these hardworking and dedicated individuals.

In this edition, we speak with Syed Zainul Rizvi, a fourth-year student at the Unity PG & Law College in Lucknow.

Why did you choose to study law?

Law is a very dynamic field which covers all aspects of society. Being a student from whatever college you belong you need to study all the subjects.

It's not like a basket where fruits are kept and you take out your favourite fruit; it's like a complete hamper which you need to buy then after completing your studies you can do your specialization.

The best thing about the law course is the unity in diversity where all the subjects are interconnected with the grundnorm or paramount source of our country (Constitution of India)

What made you apply for the Campus Ambassador post at Bar & Bench?

Being a part of fastest and oldest legal awareness website is a matter of great pride for me.

The legal articles published on Bar and Bench are very interesting and one thing which is very unique is the interviews of various eminent personality in the field of law.

What are your plans after completing law?

I want to pursue a career in litigation.
