D.M. Harish School of Law, HSNC University, Mumbai is organising a session on “Interpretation of Statutes” by Haresh Jagtiani, Senior Advocate, Bombay High Court as part of its Master Lecture Series on Saturday, 28th September 2024, 11:00 a.m onwards.
The lecture will be at the Hiro Sitaldas Punwani Convocation Hall, Ground Floor, HSNC University, Mumbai, Worli Campus.
Anil Harish, Trustee & President of HSNC Board; Co-founder of D.M. Harish Foundation; Partner, D.M. Harish & Co. will deliver the opening remarks.
The master lecture is open to all students, law professionals, legal researchers, and potential law aspirants. Touted to be an interactive session with Mr. Haresh Jagtiani, it aims to explain the basics of ‘Interpretation of Statutes’ and explore the nuances of the subject.
