NALSAR wins Arun Jaitley National ADR Competition 2025

The competition witnessed participation from 72 teams.

A team from National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad has won the 1st edition of the Arun Jaitley National Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Competition, 2025 organized by the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.

The team comprised Mohamed Ashik and Deepanksha Wadhwa. The team was also adjudged Best Mediating Pair.

SP Tejeshwar Thampi and Harshith Sai B from Tamil Nadu National Law University (TNNLU) secured the runners-up position.

The finals were judged by Delhi High Court Justices Navin Chawla and Prathiba M Singh.

The final mediation round dealt with a commercial dispute between a fantasy sports platform and a national cricket association over a sponsorship agreement that had been affected by new legislation and public morality concerns.
