NLU Delhi wins 32nd MC Chagla Memorial Government Law College Moot Court 2025

A team from the National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) has won the 32nd MC Chagla Memorial Government Law College National Moot Court Competition, 2025.

The winning team comprised Tanishq Desai, Ranver Nalavade, and Divas Upadhyay. Tanishq Desai was also adjudged as the Best Speaker of the Competition.

The Runners-up team from Government Law College, Mumbai (GLC Mumbai) comprised Agastya V, Vihaan Parikh, and Om Khurana.

The finals were presided over by Justices Abhay Ahuja, Kamal Rashmi Khata, and Justice Farhan Parvez Dubash.

The moot court competition was organized at the GLC Mumbai from September 27 to October 11.

This year's moot problem dealt with themes of state interference in personal laws, religious freedom, equality, and minority rights.
