UILS Panjab University wins 9th GNLU Moot on Securities and Investment Law

Maharashtra National Law University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar were the Runners-up team.

A team from University Institute of Legal Studies (UILS), Panjab University has won the 9th GNLU Moot on Securities & Investment Law 2026 held at Gujarat National Law University from February 12-15, 2026.

The winning team comprised Manraj Singh Chandpuri, Navnoor Rana and Harliv Kaur Mundi.

The team from Maharashtra National Law University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (MNLU CS) comprising Sarbani Chakraborti, Soumil Sharma and Himanshu Yadav were the runners-up. Sarbani Chakraborti was declared Best Orator (Final rounds).

Symbiosis Law School (SLS), Pune won the Best Orator (Preliminary rounds) award.

This year's moot problem dealt with SEBI's regulatory disclosure obligation when issuing an Initial Public Offering.
