NLIU, Bhopal has won the Dr MVVS Murthi Third National Moot Court Competition, 2022 organized by GITAM School of Law, Visakhapatnam.

The competition was held virtually from 1 September, 2022 – 4 September, 2022.

The winning team comprised of Divyansh Morolia, Priyanshu Gupta and Shreya Sharma.

The team has won the award for the Best Memorial and Divyansh Morolia was adjudged the Best Speaker of the competition.

The competition was based on patent laws and the applicability of their provisions in cases of assignment and transfer of patent.
