A total of thirty students of the 2018 batch of Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar stand placed as of their recently held Day Zero.
Seventeen offers were made by the country’s top law firms, with fifteen of these being accepted. Apart from these, the batch received fifteen PPOs, taking the total number of acceptances to thirty.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas led the way, making twelve offers and five PPOs. Other top tier firms like Khaitan & Co, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Luthra & Luthra, and S&R Associates also made hires.

Shivansh Jolly, student member of the Committee on Recruitment Affairs (CRA) was quoted as saying,
“To ensure a fruitful recruitment drive, the Committee began its work for the 2013-2018 Batch in July 2016. Capacity building exercises such as lectures on how to get PPOs, CV building sessions, and workshops on interpersonal skills were simultaneously conducted throughout the year. We went a step further this year by inviting Tier II firms to diversify our approach to recruitment, results of which will be announced soon.”
Recently, NLU Delhi and NLSIU Bangalore had also released their Day Zero recruitment figures.
