WBNUJS Kolkata mourns death of first-year student

Academic activities were suspended for Monday.

A first-year student from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS), Kolkata has passed away.

Juven Joss Jebin passed away on April 13. In a statement of condolence released today, the University's Student Juridical Association (SJA) said,

"He was found unresponsive behind the Boys Hostel on the Main Campus, yesterday and was subsequently pronounced deceased by the doctors."

Academic activities were suspended for Monday.

"His passing is a matter of deep sorrow for the entire community. Juven will be remembered fondly by his peers and teachers, and his absence will be felt across campus," the SJA statement reads.
