Law as a field, is a predominantly present in the lives of people in society, and as such its discourse and dissemination are requisite in a proper forum today.
Journal for Law Students and Researchers (JSLR), therefore, acts as a platform for the researchers and students, along with academicians to publish their research on contemporary issues of the law, so as to enable the growth and understanding of the aspects of the law to the interested individuals in society.
Speaker : Aastha Chadha, Advocate, Delhi High Court Ms. Aastha Chadha is a 3rd generation lawyer with an excellent and in-depth experience in advisory and litigation (Civil, IBC, Matrimony, Family, Cheque bounce, Succession, etc.). She is also empanelled with leading companies and institutions.
