Law College Dehradun Faculty of Uttaranchal University presents a National Webinar on "Commercial Courts Act 2015: Its contemporary relevance and Jurisprudential approach."

The main aim and objective of this webinar is to equip the legal fraternity with the reasons for the enactment of Commercial Courts Act, 2015, it's relevance in the current domain along with some landmark judicial decisions of the Hon'ble High Courts and The Supreme Court.

The speaker for the same is Mr. Dinesh Pardasani, Partner DSK Legal who would be enlightening the attendees over the same followed by question answer session.
