The Placement and Internship Committee of Law Centre-II is organizing a webinar on ‘Career opportunities in Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) and its scope in future’ with 4 eminent speakers on board.

The speakers are:

1) Ms Nandini Khaitan, Partner, Khaitan &Co.

2) Mr Sahil Kanuga, Head, Commercial Disputes, Nishith Desai Associates

3) Adv. Abhishek Dwivedi, Independent Counsel

4) Mr Ish Jain, Senior Partner, Regius Legal LLP

Law Centre-II made a humble beginning in the year 1971 at the premises of ARSD College, Dhaula Kuan to offer full-time LL.B. program. It has a glorious past of 50 years.

The LL.B. classes were conducted in the evening and the alumni of Law Centre-II included top bureaucrats, police officers, military officers, teachers from different departments, chartered accountants, doctors, engineers, and other professionals.

About the session

ADR has been the talk of the town for a while now. It is one of the most sought-after fields given its importance. The session aims to encourage students to think beyond the traditional career options and explore the vast terrain of ADR. It focuses on apprising students of the significant role that ADR plays in commercial affairs not only in the present times but also in the coming future.
