The CCADR, CNLU is organising a guest lecture on The Nuances of Neutrality: Exploring the Mediator Mindset on 13 January, 2023 by Ms Carishma Singh is an Assistant Professor of Law.

The lecture is a vision of CCADR to provide a platform to students as well as young practitioners to learn from the experience of Alternate Dispute Resolution experts.

Speaker Details

Carishma Singh is an Assistant Professor of Law. She is also a passionate researcher and an internationally qualified mediator. Her main area of research is matrimonial mediation, and her work has been published in journals of repute and books edited by senior professors and reputed publishers. She is also on the Editorial Advisory Boards of international academic Publishing houses like Cambridge Scholars Publishing.
