RMLNLU wins North India Rounds for the 17th Stetson International Environmental Law Moot Court Competition NLU Delhi comes in second place

The team from the Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow won the North India rounds of the 17th Stetson International Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. The competition was organised by National Law Institute University, Bhopal. The runners up were National Law University, Delhi (NLU-D).

The wining team consisted of Roli Sharma, Smrithi Punnoose and Shradha Rakhecha. Speaking to Bar & Bench, they said that the judges were extremely helpful when it came to pointing out “strategic skills” related to the competition. Runners up NLU-Delhi shall also be going to Florida for the International Rounds, a visit they are eagerly awaiting.

The Best Memorial Award was picked up by Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur while NLU-D student Vandana Venkatesh picked up the Best Student Advocate. NLU-D student Kritika Padode won the Best Speaker award in the Finals.
