Abhishek Kalra rejoins Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as Partner in Corporate Practice

Kalra will be based out of the Firm's Mumbai office.

Abhishek Kalra has rejoined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in Corporate Practice at Mumbai.

Kalra is a 2012 graduate of Bharati Vidyapeeth. He is a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India

He has over 12 years of post-qualification experience with expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity. He has been advising multinational corporations and private equity clients on their investments, acquisitions, exits and related corporate governance. Kalra has extensive experience in handling transactions across a broad range of sectors, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and IT sectors.

Kalra joins CAM from Trilegal, where he was engaged as a Counsel for the past two years. Prior to that, he was associated with CAM for three years.
