KPMG Director Akshika Harikrishnan is joining Khaitan & Co as Director – Direct Tax and Private Client at the firm's Bengaluru office.

She will join the firm in September 2023.

Harikrishnan earned her Bachelor of Business Management from the Christ Church College (2006) and completed her Chartered Accountancy from ICAI (2011).

She has over 12 years of experience in advising Family Offices & businesses. She specialises in M&A Tax, with specific focus on estate and succession planning, including trust structures, ownership governance and family constitution.

On her onboarding, Amar Sinhji, Executive Director, Khaitan & Co, said,
