Ambarish and Tanavi Mohanty have rejoined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co as Partners in the General Corporate Practice in Mumbai.

Bar & Bench had earlier reported Ambarish's exit from JSA to rejoin SAM.

Ambarish specialises in public and private mergers & acquisitions and private equity investments. he has advised on several multibillion-dollar transactions, including open offers and mergers involving listed companies, across sectors. He has also worked with the Government in shaping up various regulations.  

Ambarish rejoins SAM as an Equity Partner.

Mohanty specialises in private and public mergers & acquisitions and private equity investments. She has advised private equity investors, strategic foreign investors and Indian corporates, in their investments in companies across a variety of sectors such as technology, retail, pharma & healthcare, restaurants, renewable energy, and manufacturing.

She rejoins the firm as a Partner.

Both Ambarish and Mohanty had left SAM last year to join JSA along with Iqbal Khan and few other team members.
