Anagram Partners has promoted Aditi Tralshawala as a Partner.

Tralshawala is a 2013 graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai.

Tralshawala has over 10 years of experience, primarily in M&A and private equity transactions and general corporate advisory.

She has represented leading private equity funds, conglomerates, and strategic investors in relation to cross-border and domestic investments, disinvestments, joint ventures and mergers, including transactions pertaining to majority control, co-control, and significant minority acquisitions. She advises clients across sectors including the pharmaceutical, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, hospitality, and information technology sectors.

Prior to joining Anagram, Tralshawala was working with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and before that with ALMT Legal.
