Anshuman Jagtap joins ELP as Partner in Real Estate practice

Jagtap will be working out of the firm's Mumbai office.

Anshuman Jagtap has joined Economic Laws Practice as a Partner in Real Estate practice at the firm's Mumbai office.

Jagtap has more than 14 years of experience, which includes the development of integrated townships, special township projects, development and acquisitions of projects regulated by MMRDA and MIDC, logistics, warehousing, slum rehabilitation schemes, and industry set-ups, undertaking due diligence and title verification. He has an extensive practice in transactional work, construction contracts, real estate and infrastructure, private client practice, succession and estate planning, general commercial transaction, and general corporate.

Prior to joining ELP, Jagtap was a Partner at Lexicon Law Partners for nearly five years.

On Jagtap's joining, Suhail Nathani, Managing Partner, Economic Laws Practice, commented,
