Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Partner Arka Banerjee has left the firm to join Anagram Partners as Partner in the Mumbai office.

Banerjee is a 2006 graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore and has an MBA from INSEAD.

Banerjee has over 16 years of experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions in India.
