Avinash Amarnath has joined Chandhiok & Mahajan as a Counsel in the firm's Competition and Disputes practices.

Avinash is a 2011 graduate from Symbiosis Law School. He also holds an LL.M. from King's College, London with a specialization in Competition Law.

He is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and his practice areas include Competition Law, Constitutional Law, Insolvency, Arbitration and other civil litigation. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, CCI and consumer forums.

Prior to joining Chandhiok & Mahajan, Avinash worked with the Competition Law teams of Amarchand & Mangaldas and Talwar Thakore & Associates, and in the chambers of Amit Sibal, Senior Advocate.
