AZB & Partners makes Pranav Atit and Abhimanyu Chopra Partners, promotes five to Counsel

The promotions will take effect from April 1, 2021.

As part of its annual promotions, AZB & Partners has elevated Pranav Atit and Abhimanyu Chopra as Partners at Mumbai and Delhi respectively.

The firm has also promoted the following lawyers to Counsel:

  • Apeksha Mattoo (Employment)

  • Aman Gera (General Corporate and Fintech)

  • Jatinder Singh Saluja (General Corporate and Employment)

  • Kaustubh Nandan Sinha (General Corporate and Dispute Resolution)

  • Priyank Ladoia (Dispute Resolution and White-Collar Crime)

The promotions will take effect from April 1, 2021.

Atit is a 2012 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur. He had previously worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He works at the General Corporate practice of the firm, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Securities Regulation.

Chopra is a 2011 graduate of Amity Law School (GGSIP University). He also holds a Master's degree from New Law College, Bharatiya Vidyapeeth University.

He has previously worked at the chambers of Delhi High Court judge, Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva, before moving on to Gaggar & Partners and then PDS Legal. He joined AZB in 2016 and was made Counsel in 2020. At AZB, he works at the Dispute Resolution practice.
