AZB & Partners Transaction Support Group (TSG) Partner Ami Parikh has resigned from the firm. She had joined the firm in 2017.

Confirming this development, AZB Managing Partner Zia Mody said,

"After 18+ years, Ami is taking some time off for her immediate personal priorities while she considers her future path. We wish her all the best. She was a valuable addition to our Firm. The team remains part of the Firm and will continue to support our M&A practise as before."

Ami had joined the firm from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where she was heading the TSG practice.

A graduate of Government Law College Mumbai, Parikh has previously worked at Hariani and Company, DSK Legal and Malvi Ranchosddas & Co.
