Ananya Sharma has moved from AZB & Partners to JSW Group as Group General Counsel.

Sharma is a 2007 graduate of Symbiosis International University. She was associated with AZB & Partners for almost 16 years, holding the position of Partner for nearly 9 years.

With nearly 17 years of experience, she has led strategic and high value PE transactions in India. Her areas of expertise are Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Venture Capital, Corporate Law, Defence and M&A.
