Latika Kandpal Rao has joined Khaitan & Co as Associate Director - HR (South). She will be overseeing the entire gamut of HR operations for our Bengaluru & Chennai offices.
Rao was working with AZB & Partners as Chief People Officer.
A 2000 graduate of the Delhi University, Rao has over 20 years of experience in Retail, Real Estate, ITES, BPO and Legal industries, having delved both in people and business functions.
On her joining, Amar Sinhji, Executive Director, Khaitan & Co, commented,
