Bharucha & Partners has elevated Karnika Vallabh to the position of a Partner.

A 2018 graduate of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Vallabh has been associated with Bharucha & Partners since the beginning of her career.

She advises on the full range of TMT and IP matters, representing media and production houses, as well as actors, writers, and directors, on content issues from production through litigation. She also counsels tech companies and start-ups on commercial and operational matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, handling notices and complaints, advising on brand strategy and IP protection across jurisdictions, appearing before the Trade Marks and Copyright Registries, securing IP registrations, representing clients in infringement and other proceedings, and assisting with data protection compliance, cybersecurity policies, and breach response.
