Blue Dart Express Limited has announced the appointment of Rabindra Purohit as Vice President, Legal, Compliance & Company Secretary, and Compliance Officer of the Company, effective October 10, 2026. He will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel and part of the Company's Senior Management team.

Purohit has nearly 25 years of extensive experience in leading legal, secretarial, compliance, and corporate governance functions across diverse industries. A qualified Company Secretary, Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and a law graduate from Berhampur University, he has built a distinguished career driving regulatory excellence, governance transformation, and business-focused legal strategy.

His expertise spans corporate governance, ESG, ethics and compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, data privacy, intellectual property, and cross-border legal operations. He is also recognised for leveraging technology-enabled legal solutions to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and support business agility.

Prior to joining Blue Dart, he held prominent legal, compliance, and governance leadership roles across leading Indian and multinational organizations, including Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd., NIVEA India, Vodafone India, and Bharti Del Monte Foods Ltd.

Throughout his career, Rabindra has played a key role in strengthening governance frameworks, managing regulatory complexities, and enabling sustainable business growth across diverse sectors.
