BTG Advaya has announced the elevation of Amit Kumar Baid to the position of Head of Tax.

With close to two decades of experience, including over 12 years at Morgan Stanley, Baid is well-positioned to assist clients on navigating key tax regulations, optimizing their tax positions, and mitigating risks.

As the Head of Tax practice, Baid will be closely working with BTGA’s corporate advisory and transactional teams, and will be assisting clients on matters such as transactional direct tax issues, India set-up tax issues, employment incentives, transfer pricing,  as also  tax litigation and advisory.

On Baid's elevation, Ramesh Vaidyanathan, Managing Partner at BTG Advaya, said,
