Former Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Ravi Kumar has joined IndusLaw as a Partner in its Mumbai office.

Kumar is a 2002 graduate from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Prior to his stint at CAM, he was associated with Talwar Thakore & Associates. He also worked as Assistant Vice-President Legal at GE Capital.

He advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A transactions, private equity transactions and joint ventures, across a range of sectors. He also advises various large Indian conglomerates and their sponsors on their growth and asset monetization strategies, regulatory issues, corporate governance, and overall strategy.

On Kumar's joining, IndusLaw Founding Partners Suneeth Katarki and Gaurav Dani said,
