Chitra Raghavan has joined Rajaram Legal as a Partner and will be heading the M&A and General Corporate practice of the firm.

Raghavan is a graduate of NALSAR, Hyderabad.

She has an extensive experience of 20 years in General Corporate law with deep knowledge of M&A. As the former co-founder of Avigna Law, Raghavan’s practice comprised not only advising but also consistently representing major start-ups and established corporates like Dunzo, Swiggy, Reliance Retail, Epsilon, etc in their domestic and cross-border transactions. During her recent association with Reliance Industries Limited, she was tasked with setting up and co-leading their Merger and Acquisitions team.

On Raghavan’s joining, Founder and Managing Partner, Archana Rajaram said,
