Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas announces cohort of Senior Partners and additions to Partnership Council

This cohort will include Yash Ashar, L Viswanathan, Reeba Chacko, Nivedita Rao, Santosh Janakiram, Akila Agrawal and Ravindra Bandhakavi.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has announced the formation of a cohort of Senior Partners who will have a firm-level role cutting across practices and locations, in addition to being execution partners in their practices.

This cohort will include Yash Ashar, L Viswanathan, Reeba Chacko, Nivedita Rao, Santosh Janakiram, Akila Agrawal and Ravindra Bandhakavi. These lawyers have been assigned the new roles with effect from April 1, 2024.

Ashar was heading the Capital Markets practice before the recent onboarding of Manan Lahoty and his team of 8 partners and 40 associates. As reported earlier, Lahoty will now head the firm's Capital Markets practice.

Now, Ashar, Rao and Janakiram have been inducted into the firm's Partnership Council or managing committee, joining Managing Partner Cyril Shroff and Partners Vandana Shroff, Rishabh Shroff, Paridhi Adani, Viswanathan and Chacko.
