Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Partners Aditi Singhvi and K Aishwarya have left the firm to join Khaitan & Co as Partners in Corporate practice.

Singhvi is a 2011 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur.

She has over 13 years of experience in corporate and financial advisory and has focused on M&A and Private Equity. Singhvi has advised on major investments in media, acquisitions in natural ingredients and glass manufacturing, and complex demergers in telecommunications. She will work out of Khaitan's Mumbai office.

Prior to joining Khaitan, Singhvi was associated with CAM for 7 years, where she held the position of a Partner. She has also previously worked at AZB & Partners and Desai & Diwanji.

Aishwarya is a 2010 graduate of National Law School of India University.

She has over 13 years of experience in Corporate Advisory, M&A and Private Equity. She has advised on divestitures, fundraises, and joint ventures across sectors such as retail, infrastructure, technology and financial services – encompassing NBFCs, housing finance companies, insurance and banks. She will be working out of Khaitan's Bengaluru office.

Prior to joining Khaitan, Aishwarya was associated with CAM for over 8 years, where she held the position of a Partner.
