Ritesh Kanodia rejoins ELP as Partner in Tax & Customs practices

Kanodia has rejoined the firm after a gap of 10 years, during which time he was a Partner at Dhruva Vox and Dhruva Advisors LLP.

Ritesh Kanodia has left Dhruva Advisors LLP to rejoin Economic Laws Practice after a gap of almost 10 years, as a Partner in the firm's Tax & Customs practices.

Kanodia is a 2009 graduate of Gopaldas Advani Law College and completed his Chartered Accountancy from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

With over 17 years of work experience, Kanodia began his career with Deloitte, before shifting to Economic Laws Practice, where he worked for over 6 years. Kanodia was Partner at Dhruva Vox and Dhruva Advisors LLP cumulatively for a period of 10 years.

He has extensive expertise in the areas of indirect tax advisory, litigation and advocacy. Additionally, he has deep experience with Foreign Trade Policy matters including customs laws and regulations and export control matters.

Having worked with leading domestic and multinational companies across sectors, Kanodia also currently serves as Co-Chairman for ASSOCHAM’s Indirect Tax Committee.

On his return to the firm, ELP Managing Partner Suhail Nathani said,
