Digant Popat has joined Khaitan & Co as a Partner in Dispute Resolution practice at the firm's Ahmedabad office.

Popat is a 2006 graduate of the Gujarat University.

With 18 years of experience in litigation, Popat specialises in commercial, civil and criminal laws, including electricity and land laws, contracts, tenders, public trust, education, projects and infrastructure, and recovery proceedings.

On Popat's onboarding, Amar Sinhji, Executive Director at Khaitan & Co, said,
