DSK Partners Ravi Prakash and Nand Kishore leave for independent counsel practice

Ravi Prakash joined the firm in 2011. Nand Kishore joined DSK from HSA Advocates in 2019.

DSK Legal Partners Ravi Prakash and Nand Kishore have left the firm to start their own independent counsel practice.

Commenting on their departure from the Firm, Managing Partner, Anand Desai said,

"As others who have left to chart their own paths we wish them well, and will always be there to support them."

Ravi Prakash was a Partner at DSK's New Delhi office. He joined the firm in 2011. He has almost 18 years of experience in dispute resolution and has been regularly appearing before various forums since 2003.

Nand has over 20 years of experience practice in the areas of Dispute Resolution, General Corporate advisory including Employment Law advisory, Taxation (both Direct and Indirect taxes), Customs Law including anti-dumping and safeguard duty, and Foreign Trade Policy.

He joined DSK from HSA Advocates in 2019.

The firm today made three new Partners, taking the total tally of Partners to 21.
