Menath Sreedharan Pradeep has joined Essel Mining and Industries Limited of Aditya Birla Group as a Senior Vice President & Head Legal.

Pradeep has more than 27 years of corporate experience encompassing legal strategy planning, litigation, arbitration & mediation, business partnering, compliance, business divestment, M&A's integration, employment and labour related matters, factory compliances in top Indian and multi-national corporations, across various industries, including Automotive and Oil & Gas.

Throughout his career, Pradeep has collaborated extensively with national and international law firms, as well as engaged with the broader legal community. As an integral member of the executive management team, he has been consistently at the forefront of driving critical business initiatives while aligning legal strategy with organizational objectives.

Pradeep has worked for companies like BILT, Tata Motors, Greaves Cotton, JCB, Larsen & Toubro. His last stint was with HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited as a Head-Legal.
